Do you want to know about Synchronized Skating?
Harmony. Uplift. Artistry. This is Synchronized Skating. Precision, teamwork, and expression come together as teams move in seamless unison, forming ever-shifting patterns on the ice. It’s powerful, elegant, and emotionally resonant. Most teams feature 16 Skaters (12 in Senior Elite), performing a Short Program and a Free Skating set to music that spans genres. The aim: total synchronization, with each element, like blocks, wheels, and footwork, scored for technical difficulty and presentation. The result is a shared artistry unlike any other. The season peaks between January and April, with early events starting in the fall.
